HUD Loan Originator
I have over 30 years' experience in the ownership and operations of multifamily real estate in New York — starting as a property manager and working through every layer of the business: leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, litigation, liability, rent collections, bank negotiations, ground-up development, and lease-up. That experience doesn't sit on a shelf. It's the lens I bring to every financing opportunity.
Today, I originate HUD loans at Adroc Capital, a direct HUD lender focused on multifamily and healthcare properties nationwide. HUD financing — 35-year fixed, fully amortizing, non-recourse, fully assumable — is the most powerful long-term capital structure in the market. It's also misunderstood. Most operators don't know when it fits or how to access it. I do.

Business Development & Process Strategy
The Adroc Difference starts with being owned by multifamily property owners who understand firsthand the challenges of financing and bring that real-world experience into every transaction.
At Adroc Capital, I applied my business development and operations experience to multifamily and healthcare HUD financing, restructuring the sales and client process from initial interest through closing.
I created a systemized yet highly personalized client process through our customized CRM, tracking every call, email, document, task, and follow-up with clear ownership and timing—while keeping clients informed and personally involved throughout the transaction.
I structured this around:
The Adroc Clock Methodology
Review First — Our analysts and underwriters review each deal before moving forward.
Early Site Visits to Flag Issues — Identify potential HUD issues early, saving clients time, money, and surprises.
Clear Roadmap — Documents, responsibilities, and timelines are established upfront.
Dedicated Coordinator — One point of contact throughout the process.
Managed Through Closing — Third parties, documentation, and follow-ups are coordinated through closing.
The result is a process built around structure, speed, accountability, transparency, and personal attention.
